Q: How are the items distributed to the customers?
“First come first serve” basis
Q: Do you restock on sold out items?
We do not restock on items yet, but we can make exceptions. If you are interested in a particular item, it is best you contact us with the contact form stating the item name/number of the sold out item. We might include that product(s) onto our next potential restock list. However, we cannot guarantee the re-availability of any sold out item; please keep in mind our products are being importer from Asia, so if we do approve of an item to be restocked it will take a while for our store to receive them.
Q: Why do you guys only have such little quantity of each item?
We apologize for the inconvenience, since we are a fresh new e-fashion store, we are running what we call a “beta” version of the store to find out what fashion customers favor and anticipate the most first, and once we are confident about the fashion we should sell, we will them stock them in larger quantities.
Q: What is the condition of your items?
All items listed on our site are brand new unless stated otherwise. Our archive of “used”-condition clothes can be found under the “Used” tab (insert hyper-link). All “used” items are in mint condition.
Q: I found an outdated date on my product and it was dated a month ago. Is it expired?
No. It is very common to find a manufactured date on an Asian product instead of an expiration date. All of our products are sold out within a couple of weeks, so there is no way for it to expire in our hands.

Q: How often do you ship out orders?
We ship out packages nearly every 24 hours, typically in the mornings and early daytime (PST) to ensure a fast-shipping cycle so your package arrives to you at the shortest amount of time possible.
Q: How long does it usually take for me to my package to be shipped / arrive?
It all depends on your delivery option, but for Standard Shipping: Please allow 1-3 business days (weekends & holidays not included) for your order to be processed and packaged upon us receiving your payment. If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email regarding so. If your order status is still “Processing” after 4 days of us receiving your payment, feel free to email us — we will provide you an update on your order. If you live within the United States, your package should reach you within 3-7 business days upon your status being changed to “Shipped”. U.S. customers may check their package status at http://usps.com by entering the provided Delivery Confirmation Number. International orders may take up to 2 weeks (or possibly more) for your package to arrive.
During the holiday season, please note that it may take longer than usual for your order to be processed. The same situation goes during sales. We hope you understand, and we sincerely thank you for your patience!
Q: Are you guys able to ship to multiple addresses per order?
No, we do not ship to multiple addresses; each order and all the items on it will go to one nominated delivery address. Should you wish to send different items to different addresses you must make different orders for them.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal (recommended), Credit Card, and well concealed cash (this includes concealed cash in USD, personal checks, and money orders) entirely at your own risk.
Q: What is the well-concealed cash option?
The well concealed cash option is where the customer sends in their payment (cash, personal checks, money orders) via mail; unfortunately we do not accept coins, so you must round up to the next dollar. At the end of the check out process, you will receive a name and address to send your payment to. When you send in cash, be sure to send in the correct amount as we do not give change. Note that we do not ship out orders unless payment has been received and cleared.
Q: How can I conceal my cash?
Some customers are very creative when concealing their payment. Most customers hide the payment in a card of any kind inside the envelope. Others have decorated the envelope with stickers and cute stamps to make it appear as if it’s a friend-to-friend letter. Another frequently used way of concealment is to wrap the payment with a few sheets of paper and/or magazine paper. Whatever you do, be sure to not let the payment be seen through the envelope when it is held up to the light.
Q: Where do I send my concealed cash payment?
You should receive an address and name at the end of order confirmation. If you missed it, feel free to email us at aivcustomerservice@gmail.com
Q: What delivery company do you use?
The delivery company we use is USPS. If you are located within the United States, your package will be shipped with USPS First Class Mail (1oz-13oz), USPS Parcel Post (14oz+), or USPS Priority Mail. International customers will have packages shipped with USPS First Class International, unless otherwise requested.
Q: What packaging will my parcel be shipped in?

Q: Do you provide tracking numbers/delivery confirmation/insurance?
We automatically include Delivery Confirmation for all U.S. customers; however, you must personally request the Insurance feature if you want your package to be insured. Just shoot us an email at aivcustomerservice@gmail.com. We strongly recommend customers to purchase insurance with their purchase. For International Customers, tracking number and insurance is available with additional fees and only by request. Please contact us via email regarding the feature, prior to placing an order. Otherwise, we will only provide you with the customs declaration number once your package has been shipped.
Insurance:
+$2.00 onto grand total for orders totaling $50.00 or less. +3.00 onto grand total for orders totaling $50.00 or more. If you purchase insurance, we strongly suggest you to purchase Delivery Confirmation. In case your package is lost in the mail, Delivery Confirmation will be proof that your package never arrived to the designated location.
Q: What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates include packaging, handling, and the shipping fee. We calculate your shipping cost on a per item basis. This means that the shipping rate for a necklace is the same as the shipping rate for a piece of clothing regardless of the weight.

At request only, we can use Priority Mail to ship your package. Priority Mail guarantees your package to reach you within 1-3 business days of it being shipped out if you are located within the United States. Priority Mail fees apply and rates depend on your location (starts at +$5.00 onto your grand total). Please contact us at aivcustomerservice@gmail.com if you would like your order to be shipped with Priority Mail; make sure to state your location and desired items before placing the order.
Q: My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Since we provide Delivery Confirmation Numbers with all packages, please check your package status at http://usps.com. Contact your local Post Office and provide them your Delivery Confirmation Number if you have further questions. If all else fails, feel free to email us at aivcustomerservice@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate you!
Q: My tracking number states that my package was delivered but I didn’t get anything. Does that mean my package is lost or stolen?
With first-class shipping,packages may get lost at times. However, most of the time, residents of the customer’s household or neighbors may claim packages in their place and fail to inform them. This is 8/10 times the case when we get an e-mail from a concerned customer wondering if their package is lost.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
Please email us with a request to cancel your order (remember to include your order number in the email).
Q: What is your Return Policy?
Our most sincere apologies, but unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges/returns/refunds. But we do implement “store credits”.

Q: I sent a email using the form, but I haven’t gotten a reply. Are you guys ignoring me?
Never! AiV is known for our friendly customer service and will-do attitude. We would never ignore our customers. There are several factors to what could have happened: Often times customers would missed a letter in their e-mail address which would cause our staff to get a “mail delivery failure” response when we try to respond to you. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct before you submit your question inquiry form.
Q: Are all your sites safe?
Absolutely! AiV will never share your information with anyone else but the account holder. We recommend our customers to contact us via e-mail when inquiring about their orders to help prevent fraud. Keep in mind that all we need to know so we can assist you with your order is your order number.
MISC.
Q: What are “Royalties” that are located under the pricing per item?
Look at them as reward points; each item is assigned X number of Royalty coins. Each Royalty coin is equivalent to one USD dollar. Whenever you purchase an item labeled with X number of Royalty coins, you will acquire X number of Royalty coins which will be archived into our records. You may use these coins to redeem any items listed in AiV.
Q: Where can I obtain coupons?
Occasionally, coupon codes will be announced on our Facebook fan page and will only be valid for the first 1-5 customers (varies) who use it on their next purchase.
Q: I have forgotten to include my voucher code on my order, is it too late to have it applied?
Unfortunately we are not able to apply voucher codes to order that have already been placed.
